Metodiken bygger p\u00e5 tydliga styrobjekt (<em>styrobjekt<\/em>) och definierade roller f\u00f6r att skapa struktur, ansvar och kontroll i projekt, program och f\u00f6rvaltning. Denna rapport f\u00f6rdjupar sig i begreppet styrobjekt och de centrala rollerna i PM3 samt ger exempel p\u00e5 hur PM3 till\u00e4mpas i svenska organisationer med h\u00e4nsyn till svensk organisationskultur.<\/p>\n<h3>Styrobjekt i PM3: Definition, typer och hantering<\/h3>\n<h4>Definition av styrobjekt<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I PM3 \u00e4r ett\u00a0<em>styrobjekt<\/em>\u00a0en enhet eller ett omr\u00e5de inom organisationen som \u00e4r f\u00f6rem\u00e5l f\u00f6r styrning och f\u00f6rvaltning. Styrobjekt fungerar som fokus f\u00f6r ansvar, beslut och resurshantering och kan vara allt fr\u00e5n IT-system och aff\u00e4rsprocesser till projekt och tj\u00e4nster. Genom att definiera styrobjekt skapas tydlighet i vad som ska styras och hur det ska g\u00f6ras f\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 strategiska m\u00e5l\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apm.org.uk\/resources\/what-is-project-management\/what-is-governance\/#:~:text=Definition.%20Governance%20is%20the,and%20benefits%20from%20projects%2C\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Typer av styrobjekt<\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De vanligaste typerna av styrobjekt i PM3 \u00e4r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>F\u00f6rvaltningsobjekt:<\/strong>\u00a0L\u00f6pande IT-system, applikationer eller aff\u00e4rsprocesser som kr\u00e4ver kontinuerlig f\u00f6rvaltning och utveckling. Varje f\u00f6rvaltningsobjekt har en \u00e4gare och ett f\u00f6rvaltningsteam som ansvarar f\u00f6r dess livscykel\u00a0<a
